And, you know, burnout is something that maybe you've experienced or maybe you know someone who worked so hard,

lives, how those two things blend, where they live, how they work, where they work.

And for some people, they didn't stop working.

And when others left the workforce, there were many who were left behind, who were doing two, three, four jobs.

And they have been grinding and going ever since the early days.
