Doesn't matter what you do. Doesn't matter who you hurt or what the consequences are. Just blame it on

global warming. That's all you have to do. It's pretty great. It's actually ingenious. I'm surprised

that people haven't come up with it sooner. I was inspired by this topic when we discussed it on the outnumbered couch this week,

and my brain has not let go of it because there's a new study in the journal temperature

that says that children are 30% less aerobically fit than their parents,

and they blame it on hotter temperatures.

They say it prevents kids from getting exercise outside.

That is the biggest pile of heaping brown horse crap I have heard.

Children are not chubby bunnies because they can't go outside when it's warm, as they've always done,

and their parents did and their grandparents at times where they might have lived in more

oppressive climates. They don't go outside because their faces are buried in their phones.

And because of smartphones and video games and social media, for whatever reason, they don't have

the inspiration to go outside because everything they need is given to them via an electronic
