You know I love the Olympics and I really love the Winter Olympics, not just because I got to go over with the CBS broadcast team in 1998 to a spectacular

Olympic winter game phenomenon in Nagano, Japan. But I love, I love sports. I love these

United States. I love the young people with the incredible athletic talent and the hard bottoms.

They are deeply inspiring and they are superhumans. They are like superheroes who waltz

among us, many of them in sports that are little seen in between Olympics. So there's always this fascination, but this year,

it was even more interesting because of the pandemic, we didn't get the 2020 summer games. So we

have them in 2021. So it's one of those rare times where you had back-to-back Olympics two years in a row, because

obviously, you know, it used to be the summer and winter games were held in the same year.

And then they split them up in the beautiful, glorious 90s.

And now we have summer in presidential election years and two years later.

We have the, in the World Cup years, men's World Cup soccer, we have the Olympic Games.

So we had two big stories this year.

We had, last year, Simone Biles, who was, she was the greatest of all time.

The goats, so good at gymnastics.
