It is Monday.

I did my 12th half-fire man yesterday. And this is the first race I've ever done

where I thought something was horribly wrong. And I was convinced I wasn't going to finish.

For real, for real. Yes, for real, for real. So I've never, I've done a lot of races and, you know,

different conditions, hot, cold, different terrain, different states.

This is the first time where during the bike, I was like, first of all, I didn't know if I was

going to be able to finish the bike.

And second of all, I didn't, I was in such bad shape.

During the bike, I was like, there's no way I can run a half marathon after this.

Now, there could have been

something in the air yesterday because I didn't do an Iron Man, obviously, but I ordered a hungry
