is a friend of mine. He is an amazing musical artist. He's a renowned songwriter and has written

songs that you know for people like Kenny Chesney and Blake Sheldon and you know he wrote that

lonesome song, Jamie Johnson, which is just one of my favorite songs the last 20 years and also

right where I need to be Gary Allen and a ton of songs with Chris Stapleton that have been recorded

by Chris and many other people. He said it's by Jake Owen. His new album, which is called Come on

Sunshine, will be out in a few weeks. His last record had a track on it called Hard Time With The

Truth that is another one of my favorite tracks and it's what made me really want to meet him.

We've written a bunch together and I just find Kendall in his life story really always inspiring

Do you have a gig last night and then you got on a plane to go home?

No, I played Saturday night up in Guilford, New Hampshire and I would rather have been playing,

but I was stuck in Baltimore all evening at the airport, but I made it home.

Oh, you spent the whole, what have you just complained to canceled and stuff?

Yeah, I was just weather, wet, bad weather everywhere and every connection wasn't making it and

yeah, so we uh, we ended up just renting a hotel there close to the airport and waiting for our flight

We finally made it home. Well, I'm glad you did and uh, I know you're on a little sleep,
