Okay, so this isn't this is a worthwhile conversation because it is an area where you can really see both sides of the coin, because on side number one is, look, you as a worker have a certain skill set.

There is a value to that skill set. You're a learned person. You literally have people's lives in many ways in your hands.

And if you're not being fairly compensated, I would understand the frustration and the want to in a rapid fashion, ensure that you're rightfully compensated.

Now we chose careers in radio so we know we will never be rightfully compensated and that's just something you accept and move on with.

Teaching much like nursing is a job in which you give up and you walk into that profession with a certain level of assumed sacrifice and obligation to either the community or the people you serve.
