Did you see this article about how much home insurance has gone up over the last couple of years.

They say home insurance premiums in Indiana are on the rise, not surprising,

and they have increased by 16% statewide on average $412.

And this is, and you see that, so one of the problems with mortgages, which many people

have, like I would be fascinating to what percentage of the population has ever actually

paid off their mortgage, like own their home free and clear. What do you think? 10%? Maybe.

Maybe, yeah. I mean, I don't know. You probably looked that up. I bet you could, in fact. I'll filibuster while. You Google Casey, what percentage of the population has paid off their home, their mortgage? Do you just want Indiana? I don't care. Whatever you got. But point is, one of the things about a mortgage, it's much like when people went away from getting physical checks to direct deposit.

When you used to get a physical check, there would be a stub on the back of the check, which would

show all of your taxes so you could see it. Every time you got paid, you'd see how much the

government was taking from you. Now, not only does it just go into your bank so you don't see it,

you've got to log into whatever, if your company has some sort of

accounting software or something, you got to take five or six steps to see that check and it just

gets lost in ether. It's the same thing. Did you get an answer? I did. What is it? It's a lot

higher than 10%. For the nation? What is it? 38%. No kidding. Yeah? I am blown away by that.
