They were like, we must do this because of all the people who've moved into Texas. Okay, fine, whatever. At least you put some effort into it. That's what you're going with. I mean, that's fine, whatever. You've made a, you've made a concerted effort to come up with a plausible reason this might need to happen.

They're not even doing that here because there is none.

There's no sizable population shift.

There is nothing of any sort of provable, there's no sort of provable evidence of some pressing issue.
