I'm confused after 40 years people still tell me that they have seen another spa

negligent misrepresentation, and also breach of contract, among other things.

Don said that he suffered economic damages as well as psychological and emotional distress,

humiliation, and mental physical pain, and anguish.

Oh, wow.

And he's demanding a jury trial in the case.

And this all comes because of that show that they were gonna do together and then aren't now.

Yeah, because what did they pull the plug on Lamon right?
