Welcome back, Indianapolis. This is Kendall and Casey. Thanks for listening to the show,

0:06.1

not Rob Kendall or Casey Daniels. This is Ethan Hatcher. And sitting across from me is Brad

0:11.8

Klopp and Stein together. We're filling in. I'm playing the role of Casey today. And you're

0:16.8

pretty too. Well, thank you. Thank you. But this segment I wanted to revisit conversation with

0:24.9

the esteemed Jason Hammer. We had for my show Saturday night on the circle discussing New

0:33.3

York's moronic decision to come after their hallowed tradition, their delicious goodness of

0:40.4

wood and coal fired pizza ovens. They have antipathy for the small business owner. And now

way just sounds like you know, really flabby bureaucrat named Ted Timbers. And he kind of trots out

1:38.8

there and says, Oh, New Yorkers deserve to breathe healthy air and wood and coal fired stoves are

1:44.0

among the largest contributors of harmful pollutants and neighborhoods with poor air quality.

1:49.8

This common sense rule was developed with restaurant and environmental justice groups.

1:55.4

Sounds like if Jerry Nadler and Drupi had a kid right there. So with all due respect to the

2:01.8

fine folks at the DEP in New York City, if there argument is that, well, these awful coal burning,

2:10.6

fire burning, pizza reas are making it hard for people to breathe. If that's your argument,
