is coming down via Trump's truth social media. Now multiple news outlets reporting it that

it appears that Jack Smith, who is the prosecutor, the, the, it's overseeing the special, the, the

documents case that he has sent a letter of some sort to Trump via his attorneys that say he could

be indicted related to events of January 6th, though it's not clear exactly what that could be.

This is unbelievable. Yeah, it's never going to stop. I don't, they just need one to stick. It

really is what I'm thinking. Like if they just throw, you know, they're going to overcharge,

overcharge, overcharge, if we can get one or two of these to stick, then I think I heard

somewhere where we have an old civil war thing that if you're accused or if you're found guilty

of anything that has to do with, you know, conspiracy over the government or sedition or anything

like that, you cannot run for office. So that is an interesting point, which is clearly the

government, the Biden government's attempt to weaponize law enforcement and the justice system

against Donald Trump has made him more popular inside the Republican party. We talked earlier about

the misread I had on DeSantis. And I think a part of the big part of the misread is that people

have pulled an animal house and said, you can't do that to our pledges. Only we can do that to our

pledges. And it has made these these repeated arrests, indictments, whatever have made people

more loyal to Trump, which it does make you wonder, given Trump's wide unpopularity, especially in

swing states, et cetera, has this been the goal of the left. Let's go people into being for Trump.

And then that will be our best chance to keep the White House. I mean, we talked about it last

last hour, right? It's exhausting. It's just exhausting. Like I said, I'm a Trump guy. So after
