Wow. Big news.

Braun and his little goon friends in the General Assembly straight up looked seven million

people in the eye and lied to them about this tolling.

And your reaction is wow. It should be like, yeah, typical.

This is crazy. So earlier in the program, I think it was top of last hour, we talked about how Braun went to the Munster Chamber of Commerce.

And straight up said, I'm going for the tolls.

Yeah, he's going to seek federal approval to toll Indiana's interstate highways.

And he did say they're going to be specific. It's not comprehensive. But the article reported that they're looking at I-70 as one of them. Okay. So I know we're resetting for people who listen linearly, listen to the whole show. But we have obviously, you know, upwards of 50,000

people coming in and out of this program each day. So I want to just reset this for what we

talked about and then I'll get to the email we just got. So the state legislature in the quote

unquote road funding bill, because there are a bunch of gutless chickens gave the governor

as part of this bill unlimited tolling capacity unlimited tolling power and they don't have any say

in it now the governor as long as the federal government signs off on whatever the governor's

request is the state the governor's request is, the state, the governor, without any

oversight from the general assembly, can tell whatever he wants, wherever he wants, however much

he wants.

Yeah, so tolling authority went from the general assembly to Mike Braun.

So.

We're the governor.

But at the time, and we called bull crap on this two weeks ago, they tried to say, well, yeah, we did that, but this is going to be years from now. Like, we don't, we don't doesn't make this happening for several years. We just want to give the governor the ability to do this and act quickly. And we're like, oh, shut up. Like, you guys just lie about everything.
