Okay, so Indiana Capital Chronicle has an article out that they are teaming up with several other news agencies in the city, Circle City Broadcasting, Gannett, and others, filing a lawsuit.

So it's Wish TV, Indy Star, THR, to try to get the ban on news agencies being able to

observe executions in the state of Indiana lifted.

There's currently a ban where, unless they're invited by the person being executed, that they are not

permitted to view executes, news media is not permitted to view executions in the state

of Indiana.

Right.
