Well good morning it is Monday April 8th it is seven minutes after 11 you're listening to the Kendall and Casey show on 93 W. I. B.C so Indiana and

specifically Indianapolis holding a rare occurrence today's total solar eclipse a one of a kind cosmic event and because of that we have many out of town guests people coming to our state for a quick visit to see

the totality and they might like what they see Rob here in Central Indiana and

decide hey this might be a good place to live.

Yeah, but then they're going to look at the gas taxes and the property taxes and go,

eh, look at that weather in the winter.

Eh, I don't really want any part of this. Well if they're coming

from Peoria maybe or other parts in Ohio possibly. At this point Casey we can't

beat Illinois we got way bigger problems than we could have even possibly imagined.

Well there was a new study done and it was done by Zillow and that study says that yeah

Indianapolis one of the best places to live in the country. They revealed the top markets.

This is specifically for first-time homebuyers and on this list Indianapolis

came in at number four.
