I know exactly where this plot of land is.

It's a massive plot of farm ground, 626 acres. And you are talking about with this

proposed project. Now, at this point, they've just gone through the zoning phase of this.

And you are talking about, when you're talking about 626 acres, forever changing the landscape of a community.

It's not like one pocket of the community.

You're dealing with a one stoplight town that is about to take 626 acres of agricultural ground, which is consistent with the character of much of the

remainder of the community.
