condition of the economy that the state is going to bring in about $2 billion less than

projected for its upcoming budget.

Now, the state was set to grow its budget, as we've laid out to you numerous times on this program, by 2.8 or 2.7 billion.

They're conflicting budgets.

The House has one.

The Senate has one.

And then they would have to square that up.
