It is Wednesday, April 10th. It is five minutes after 11 with Kendall and Casey on 93 W. I. B. C. So Jamie Knoll, the former

Southern Indiana sheriff facing 25 felony charges found himself on the receiving end of an active

gavel from the judge.

The judge told him that he is not above the law.

Okay, so we got into this with merit earlier and it's really rare you see Jim Merritt that fired up

about anything but he is just beside himself over this.

So just a quick little, you know, reset reset of who Jamie Noel is and why we continue to talk about this guy.

Jamie Noel was the former sheriff of Clark County.

Nationally, he is known for that TV show 60 Days Inn, which I believe was on A&E several years ago where it was a reality show. They had regular people. They put him in the Clark County jail and they were kind of used as on the TV show

Spies or they would give information to the guards about what was going on in the

jail and they had hidden cameras etc. personally, Jamie Noel was the Sheriff of Clark County.

He was the Clark County Republican Party chairman.

And most importantly, he was a part of the Republican Central Committee, which meant he was one of the 20 most

powerful Republicans in the state of Indiana.
