Casey on 93 W. I. yesterday the Indiana Supreme Court they released an

84-page opinion which upheld Indiana's law limiting who can run on the Republican and Democrat

primary ballots. Now previously they had issued orders but they had not issued a

full ruling until now.

Okay, so this was a three to two opinion,

and there's a couple different areas we need to go with this.

First of all, it's the process itself.

The process itself and how it played out stinks.

Because what you had in this case was Dietrich, the Marion County judge, who initially

ruled the Indiana law unconstitutional, who is a

a Republican appointed judge and the long-time Republican issued this

36-page ruling saying,

hey Indiana's ballot access laws are unconstitutional.

It was very well writ, it was very thorough.

And when the Supreme Court agreed to take the case,

initially they declined to stay the ruling.
