I'm Rob Casey's here and oh my gosh Casey, the state Republicans are at it again.

What did they do this time?

Well, you know, they can't stand transparency of any kind.

And so now, as the waning days of session are upon us,

they're going after the guy whose job it is to call the balls and strikes in

terms of how the government is behaving. Okay. His name is the public access

counselor and look this is a great thing that is in state government where there's a guy he's appointed by the governor, he's called the state access counselor.

And his essential job is to look at what governments are doing.

If people see something and they issue a complaint and his job is to say,

hey that's operating inside the bounds of the law and these people are doing as they're

supposed to do or here's the problem with this and this is what needs to be corrected.

Seems like a pretty good thing, right?

Yeah. Well, the Republicans are very, very...

They don't like him.

Yeah, they're very angry about that because you know how they are about transparency.
