We start this hour by talking about the app.

Tiktok the CEO testified yesterday in front of the House Committee on Energy and Commerce. It was a bipartisan

group of lawmakers. They were grilling him on concerns of censorship also national security regarding the

platform. The Biden administration has threatened to ban Tiktok from the US unless the app's Chinese owners

agreed to spin off their share of the social media platform. Okay, so there were many aspects of this

that I thought were highly fascinating. Earlier in the show, we played you where the ducking and dodging on

how much data is being lifted, stolen, harvested, used for nefarious reasons, whatever.

And in this segment, I want to talk about some of the real world consequences of the Tiktok. Now,

later in the hour, we're going to play you a clip, Casey, that I missed this because obviously I

didn't sit and listen to the whole hearing. But there is a clip of Greg Pence of all people,

bitching at this guy about bad user experiences. The kill brother's oil guy who left a local bank

hanging on the, holding the bag for millions of dollars and the taxpayers on the hook

for millions of dollars in environmental cleanup because of his crap management is going to

complain to somebody else about a bad user experience. We're going to play that audio later.

But let's talk for a minute about the real world experiences of people who are on Tiktok. And

the CEO of Tiktok chew is his last name. Cannot say how many children have died due to the Tiktok

challenges. Look, look, you keep talking about the industry. We're talking about Tiktok here.
