they passed the Senate Joint Resolution 21. And that proposes setting term limits for U.S.

Congress members. The vote was 10 in favor, two against. So pretty much what it

says is that Congress has term limits and is being presented by people who don't have term limits.

So as most people know, you need 34 states.

Well, I would say most no.

They probably don't know.

You need 34 states to get a convention on something.

In this case, it's a term limit convention.
