So let's talk about Elon Musk some more, because why not? He's everywhere doing everything.

He said that federal employees will get a second chance to respond to an email asking for a recap of their accomplishments from last week or face termination.

He said subject to the discretion of the president, they will be given yet another chance.

Okay. So I think one of the things that's really frustrating for a lot of people is, and we kind of

talked about this last hour with my friend who's trying to appeal his property tax assessment, where he doesn't feel reading the statute that it's being done in a timely fashion of what the government is supposed to do.

They kind of admitted it to him, and they're like, hey, man, we're just so backed up on appeals. We're still ins we're not even a 24 just go ahead and pay the

extra assessment and then we'll we'll make good with you if you uh if you don't get uh if you end up

we end up saying ruling on your side and it's like okay but what if it were reversed

what if he just said yeah i'm too busy to i just my business my kids I'm too busy to just my business, my kids, I'm too busy to pay that assessment on time.

I'll get with you next year.

It'll be all right.

Just go ahead and you fund the schools without my check this year.

And then I'll, no, of course, they're not going to accept that.

And people feel as though the government and the people who work there and the rules and the way the game is operated is an unfair fight because they don't have to operate by the same rules that we do.

And your business that you work for, if you work for the private sector, if some person who reports to the dude who's in charge says, I'd like to know what you did today

or what you did last week, then you darn well better reply to that email. If Dion, our boss,

who reports to Alfred, the owner, comes to me and says, man, I'd like know what you did last week.

I'm not, what am I going to say? Here's what I did. Boom. Take that and do what you want with it. Why would I be fighting this?

Why would I even care? There's zero reason. And yet, these people are up in arms over the fact that

they have to be held to some sort of account or someone's trying to hold them to some sort of

account. And the average person looks at this and goes, respond to the freaking email. Right. Just do the way we would have to do,
