stats. They released this list. And it is the 10 most dangerous American cities as per FBI crime

statistics. And what do they base this on? It's based on serious felonies recorded per every 100,000

people annually. The crimes include manslaughter, murder, assaults, and robbery. And they claim that

despite these high crime rates in certain cities, overall nationally, crime across the country is declining.
