Good morning. It is Friday, December 16th. It is five minutes after 11. You are listening

to the Kennel and Casey show on 93 WIBC. Rob Kendall has the day off and being very gracious,

Tony Kinnett has decided to come in and fill in today. And let's just start off this

hour by talking about what it's like to be here at WIBC and how things happen sometimes

because during the top of the hour news break, Tony and I both left the studio. I went

to go use the restroom. I didn't take my phone with me. I didn't spend 10 minutes in

there. It's a missed opportunity. Yeah. And Tony went and got himself a little bite

to eat. And as we're as we're walking back down the hallway to come back into the studio,

who was walking towards us, but Lieutenant Governor Suzanne. Yeah, you know, as you do,

and it just said hello and how's it going? A nice respectful nod and Lieutenant Governor

and then you know, kept on walking because we got work to do. Yeah. So she, she has

looks to be a boot on her left foot. She's brand new ankle. We talked about that. And I was

inclined to invite her in the studio, but I know that wasn't prepared. And I'm sure she's busy

and has a schedule and has other things to do. And all I said to her was, you're going to be

scrutinized a lot. Congratulations on announcing that you're running for Governor. Yep, both

through things. And I said, you're going to be scrutinized a lot. And she agreed with that.

And I simply said, stick to your convictions, which is what every candidate should do instead

of pancakeity flip flopping all over absolutely everything. I think it's going to be an interesting

gubernatorial race. I really wish her the best of luck. I'm still waiting to see what policies

individuals are going to have that are going to carry Indiana forward rather than just doing our

classic Republican status quo. Well, at least it's not Democrat kind of approach. It's grown

stale in Indiana. It isn't really drawing the support that it once did. I'm hopeful that we'll
