Well, big decisions happen last week

involving the Senate race here in the great state of Indianapolis. The judge found that the primary law was

unconstitutional and that grants John Rust injunction which means he can run.

This was a monumental decision for the state of Indiana

and we're going to be joined by John Rust here in just a moment but before we do

huge, huge win for the taxpayers of this state. And Judge Dietrich, it is a long decision,

very well written, very well thought through,

and in multiple areas found where the state failed

to prove its case on having any sort of interest on saying that unless you vote in two consecutive primaries that you can't run as a Republican or Democrat.

And so now obviously it was a win for John Rust.

Todd Rokita has announced he will appeal it to the to the Indiana State Supreme Court.

He's doing very well with him these days, Casey, as we've talked

about numerous times, so no doubt that'll go great. But John Russ does join us now on the W. I.B.C. hotline.
