yesterday. So for those of you who aren't in the know, I'm sure most people that listen to this on a

regular basis are. But Mike Bohachick is a state senator from northern Indiana. He's a Republican.

He was pulled over for OWI in January, however, due to a state law in which these lawmakers

have exempted themselves from arrest and prosecution during the legislative session.

This was totally swept under the rug.

He avoided the mugshot.

He was allowed to drive his car.

All of these things that are just completely ridiculous.

And the case was finally wrapped up and as a result of that then the body cam footage could be released and indie reporter got it the capital

chronicle got it amongst others and posted it at least in the case of any reporter posted it

Capital Chronicle has a big article about it if you want to read that. I think they've got a link to the video as well. Yep, they do. It's about two hours and 15 minutes, two and a half hours. So the footage shows Bohatchik withik with red, glassy eyes. He refused to perform the

field sobriety test or the portable breath test. And the officer, Daniel Ravois, repeatedly

consulted with his supervisors about whether he could arrest Bo Hocchek due to his legislative

immunity. Bo Hock was handcuffed.

He was patted down and then he was taken to the hospital for a blood test.

He was not formally arrested even though his blood alcohol content was 0.28%. Okay.
