Good morning. It is Monday, October 10th and trending this hour. Texas Pete hot sauce.

The makers of the hot sauce are facing a lawsuit. Somebody is claiming, well they filed a class

action lawsuit against them because they didn't realize that the product wasn't actually made in

Texas. It's made in North Carolina and that's very upsetting to them. You know hot sauce is one of

those things, Casey, that is a very, very valuable asset that is often underappreciated because you

can make just about anything no matter how horrific taste, edible if you put hot sauce on it.

Or at least light your tongue on fire so that you don't notice anymore. Also trending the mayor

of Fort Wayne. He was arrested for drunken driving. This happened over the weekend. He apologized

Sunday after the arrest. He and his wife Cindy were involved in a crash. There were no injuries

reported hours after the release from the Allen County jail. He read a statement to reporters

apologizing for the poor decision he made behind the wheel after drinking alcohol at an event

on Saturday. Now this guy he deserves credit because he owned it. He has said basically whatever

the justice system decides, you know, whatever. And I did it and I made a mistake and that while

obviously bad that he did it, it was refreshing that he just straight up said I did it and it wasn't

wait for the facts to come out. He said, nope, did it? And whatever happens happens. Yeah, he did

go through the three step process, which of course we know is to admit the mistake. Apologize

and then take corrective actions. Will he take corrective actions? Why is it so hard to call

an Uber? Well, that's what's interesting. Call a friend. That is what's interesting, right? Is

especially as a high profile individual. And I'm not saying this is what happened. I have zero

idea, the circumstances around it. But if you are a high profile person in public, people are going

to know it's you. And apparently it was somewhat obvious based on the reporting that upon the

officers coming to the scene, he was inebriated. Wouldn't you be cognizant of when you go into a bar?
