Rob, you need to check into a House bill number 1233.

I do not understand it.

That bill, the way I read it, says they're going to get rid of all the fire districts in every county

but Marion get rid of all the township offices except in Marion County. Please look it up and

explain to us what this is all about. It doesn't make any sense. Keep up the good word.

Okay. So this is why you're about to hear why we are number one and why, to the dismay of the people

down the street from us, we are one of the most listened to radio programs, not just in central

Indiana, but in the

entire state because we take the complex and we tell you, we cut through all the bull crap.

Casey, we cut through all the baloney and we make it simple for you and we tell you exactly

what's going on. So let's explain a couple of things to people. First of all, what is

township government? Well, in terms of when you pay your property tax bill, you'll see a

group of entities that make up that bill. You know, you get the number, what is the amount?

And then if you read, start reading into the fine print, here are the entities that make up that

tax bill and what you are paying them out of your property tax, so a percentage.

So in terms of the layers of government, let's take the schools and the libraries out of it.

In terms of layers of government, it goes city or town, township county. So you think

about like, I live in Brownsburg. I live in Brownsburg. And then if you think of like

surrounding Brownsburg in Brownsburg and surrounding Brownsburg is Lincoln Township. So
