So a new era begins today as Mike Braun will take the reins from Eric Holcomb as governor and begin his administration, along with Micah Beckwith, who will serve as lieutenant governor.

So this is, we're getting play by play from

todd rochita is first scheduled to be sworn in by the Indiana Supreme Court.

All right now. Let's take a bet right now. Over under Rokita is still the Attorney General by the

end of the year, which means he kept his law license for the entire year. I'm going to go over.

I'm going to say, yeah, he keeps it. Well, so this is the big debate because there's been

several things complaints filed against him with the disciplinary commission related to his response to the previous actions that were taken or reprimands or whatever you want to call it. And depending on who you talk to, there's some people, Abdul being one of them, who firmly believe that the Supreme

Court could strip Roquito's law license, which means he can't be attorney general. Now, I'm with

you, Casey. I don't think that's going to happen because you would essentially be disenfranchising the

vote of, you know, millions, well over a million people. And so I don't think they're going to do that.

I do think there's a decent chance he will face some more punishment. But we'll see. That is one of the,

actually, one of the big stories of this year is what happens with Roquita and his law license.

So after Todd Roquita is sworn in, Micah Bekwith will be sworn in as the state's new lieutenant

governor. Both Rikita and Beckwith are expected to provide brief remarks about their swearing

in ceremonies. Your husband wrote the speech. Well, he wrote the draft and then passed it on

to Micah to put his own personal touches on it. So as Jim got it down pat now, so for those of you who

missed earlier in the show, Casey announced her husband, Jim, who's been filled in on this program

many times, is now going to be the communications guru for Micah's office. And so Jim has got to get

it down where if the speech is great, it was all him.
