My name's Casey Daniels, and let's talk about what this federal

judge decided on Friday. Blocked a law creating a 25-foot buffer zone

around law enforcement officers during certain activities.

Yeah, so that we've talked about this before on this show about this is, I mean a really bad law,

which is on par for the Indiana General Assembly under the Republican super majorities where they're not

spending their time focused on solving the property tax issue or the gas tax or

you know the Medicaid debacle they're focused on solving problems that don't actually exist.

And in this case, they passed a law which said that basically if you are within 25 feet of a law enforcement officer conducting business, you're not interfering,

you're not inserting yourself, you're not prohibiting them from doing their job

but if you're within 25 feet then they can throw the full weight of the legal

system at you and you could end up in big trouble and this case is currently working

at there was another there was another court case related to this working

itself through the legal system and then this judge the other day said yeah this

law is way too vague and there's not enough clarification on it and issued an
