about the price of rent, shall we? Saw this. The average price of rent in

Carmel, this is astounding. 1623 dollars. Yeah, it's unbelievable Casey and I'd $1,123.

And I did a little experiment yesterday.

I went for my nightly walk.

And when I walk now, I do my own walk by myself and then I go with my family.

So I have a few minutes to myself and then clear your head.

Then the ankle bider joins us for the family walk.

And there was a, you know, it's on my walk, there's a series of duplexes around the corner from where I live,

and there was a four rent sign out so you've probably seen

these that you know there there these brick buildings you know the two bedroom a little

living room a little kitchen area.
