They're not going to pardon him but they're not ruling out commuting his sentence.

This, of course, about Hunter Biden.

Yesterday, the White House didn't rule out a possible presidential

commutation for Hunter Biden after he was found guilty on those three charges in his federal gun trial.

Does this surprise anybody?

There's no way they're going to allow Hunter Biden to spend time in jail.

Not even a day.

No, there's no way Joe Biden will allow that and if you kind of do the math on it, right?

First of all, I don't believe for a second if Biden loses the election that he's going to walk out of the White House without pardoning his son.

Like he's 9 million years old, he's not

going to be anything anymore.

Why wouldn't he do that?

On his way out the door.

Right, correct.

But from a pure commuting of the sentence standpoint, let's say he were to remain the president.
