It's a $75 million city walk on nickel plate trail.

And it's gonna have multiple tears

be a seven-story building, which will have 95 condos

39 townhomes with rooftop terraces, and 88 apartments, which range from

one bedroom to three bedroom apartments.

So Brad and I got into a little bit on this on Friday, and then I was thinking about it this weekend as I was going
