So Micah's wife gifted me all of his leftover sweaters that he didn't want and I wore that

sweater to the golf course over the weekend and like three or four people were like that is a really

nice sweater I said yes my rich

Hamilton County friends you look really good in mica's clothes that's so funny can I

say this the other day I don't know why we were making jokes at church about people losing hair and so I jumped on

we grow hair indie.com and I found a a picture of Rob Kendall before and after and I said it to him

and his response was I was so fat.

Oh my goodness.

I want to show you this photo Casey like I mean I knew I'd lost I probably lost 10 or

15 pounds since that photo and that was at the height of COVID when everybody was

getting fat and but I mean it's like oh my gosh I've lost so well now you know you

can't gain weight or you won't fit into mica's clothes goodness. So you are here today.
