Okay, so my question now is, is he going,

because he's supposed to testify in front of the Congress soon. Right. And now he's being investigated so is he going to be

able to do that or does he say I can't talk because I'm being

investigated well this is the big question The timing of the indictment is rather suspicious, is it not?
