And unfortunately for us, we have a government that is emboldening them, incentivizing them,

taking our money and incentivizing projects that in many cases the communities don't want and it puts the communities

in which they're proposed on their heels and they have to take their own time and resources to

fight a project that they believe will be bad for the area and we have seen now another one

pop up again here in Indianapolis well there's a data center developer his name is Tom Dockage, and he says these data centers

are actually creating and generating a large amount of money for the local communities,

but the data center developers are just doing a bad job of being transparent about the numbers.

And so what we do know as a society is that these data centers require massive amounts of power and massive amounts of water.
