the public benefit is unclear, especially when you factor in the massive amount, the massive amount of money that is through the IEDC, the Indian Economic Development Corporation being thrown at many of these proposed projects and the various local incentives that are a part of these projects.

And so what we do know as a society is that these data centers require massive amounts of power and massive amounts of water.
