10 with Kendall and Casey on 93 WIBC. So today is Organization Day at the State House,

and Indiana Governor-elect Mike Braun sent out a letter to every state lawmaker this morning.

In it, he outlines his administration's policy agenda, and he says that he's also committed to an

open-door policy and a spirit of collaboration.

And as we get into this, I would like to point out the first thing in his letter.

Point number one, cut, cap and reform property taxes.

Provide relief to taxpayers and ensure a fair, predictable system.

Yeah.

So obviously, I know a lot of people were upset that we chose to support Braun, but they

said, look, it comes down to, for me, it was really two things.

It's the universal school choice, which I think

Braun will get across the finish line, and his ability to get property taxes fixed in this

state and the plan that he ultimately put forward, thanks in large part to this show, was by

far the most realistic best plan that could pass the general assembly.

And I said, we would be fools not to, with Braun extending the olive branch to us and

really courting our support.
