We believe Joe Hawke said is going to announce

that he is running for a third term for mayor,

which is weird because he said he was a proponent

of term limits.

So I don't know, is the third term the limit?

I don't know.

It's like that one guy in the NFL says he's going to retire,

but he's just trying to beat his last record.

And for Hogset, that's a murders per season.

If you can just get that murders per season number

in Indianapolis, up just a little higher,

he can retire and take the record

and go into the Chicago Hall of Fame.
