Indiana. And you notice this and it's really fascinating. WIBC's Johnette Cruz posted a video

right now on her Twitter account. WIBC has retweeted it. And it's the interstate's just north of downtown Indianapolis in the city

compared to the north side of Indy, outside of the city. And it's pretty striking because when

you look at the roads within the city, there's still snow covered. There are many cars pulled

off to the side. And then when you get out in the burbs

the roads are a little clear
