Well, we just heard it in the news with Kurt Darling, so let's talk about it. Indiana Governor's Mike Braun has signed nine executive orders. They all focus on improving the state's health care system. The orders aim to reduce

health care costs, increase access to health care, and also increase transparency within the

health care system, all things that sound pretty good to me. So the big one that's getting the

attention is he signed an executive order related to abortion. Essentially there there's a, so there is a fight currently going on led by Todd Rokita and an anti-abortion group to try to get records of because the state is legally obligated to provide abortion, certain abortion records as a part of the abortion,

abortion, I'll call it the abortion Reduction Act, but the law that was passed in 2022 revamping Indiana's abortion statutes.

And there's been pushback by that by agencies agencies inside of the state, claiming, well,

we're very concerned because, and this is a good thing, there are so few abortions now in

Indiana that it would be a potential privacy violation that we don't want people figure out

who's had these abortions.

And so this was sort of, this was more of a nod. It's a,

I don't want to use a term publicity stunt because at any time you're fighting for life,

that's a good thing. And it corresponded with, there was the big right to life march yesterday

outside the state house. And so it corresponded with that.

But it was basically directing state agencies to comply with the law in terms of helping the attorney general in his pursuit to get what he wants.

I mean, it's basically what I mean.

It's not changing a lot.

It was basically, again, a ceremonial type of thing.

And it certainly, we'll just say it was a wonderfully splendid coincidence that corresponded

with the Right to Life March.

Yeah, Braun said that he supports Todd Rochita's efforts to ensure laws are enforced,

including the director for full cooperation with his office and the Indiana Right to Life

supports the move.
