off the air and it was in regards to Alec Baldwin. He's been charged with involuntary manslaughter and that's according to the district attorney.

Gutiers Reed is also being charged with involuntary manslaughter and just because it was an accident doesn't mean it's not a crime. So the Santa

Faye County Sheriff's Department spent the past year investigating how live rounds made it onto the movie set and the

armor and the assistant director were the only crew members believed to have handled the gun. But we know that Alec Baldwin

handled the gun as well. Wouldn't it be fascinating to know whether Alec Baldwin's attorneys tried to talk him out of doing that

interview with George Stephanopoulos because and we said this at the time because that was late 2021. And I remember Mark and I

sitting here and saying that is going to bite him in the ass because one now you've pigeonholed yourself on whatever

your excuse is and your excuse that he came up with is ludicrous that the gun essentially was trying to say the key didn't fire the gun. A

gun does not fire itself and it was going to be so easy for ballistics and for people who are experts in that field and it started

immediately right from outside people saying this is ridiculous because of A B and C. Well obviously the government is going to be

able to prove that as well. Now you've pigeonholed yourself into a ridiculous excuse and your attorneys only have one way to defend you

because you're on television. You're telling everyone right. You only have one way to defend yourself now because you have

already said this is what happened. Didn't he say that he only pulled the hammer but he didn't pull the trigger. Yes.

And then the FBI did the research and they said no, the trigger was pulled. And so I would love to know this is the

intrigue of this to me is and I can't imagine that obviously he has very high profile high priced attorneys. They

were not begging him to not do that interview, but it really does show the narcissism of these people. And here's what I
