Okay, so we're going to get to the nuts and bolts of this because this is now cleared the Senate.

But before we do that, let me be extremely clear to you why every

single session these Republicans take on bills like this. It's not because they care about your kids, it's not because they care about

your family, it is to distract people like us, now we're too smart to fall for it, but it is to distract
