Good morning. It is Friday, January 10th, five minutes after 10. It's Kendall and Casey on 93 WIBC. Donald Trump's scheduled to be sentenced for his New York hush money case. This after being convicted of 34 felony counts for falsifying business records related to that payment to Stormy Daniels. The judge says that his intention is to sentence Trump to a unconditional discharge,

which allows him to avoid prison, fines, or probation. So what's the point? Well, the big point of this

is you're not a convicted felon until you've been sentenced. Right. And they wanted, this judge wanted,

the people of New York wanted, have that on his record that he'll be a convicted felon. And look, I think you got to go

back to yesterday, though, in which, uh, the two unreliables, as I like to call them,

Coney Barrett and Roberts, uh, stabbed Trump in the back and sided with the liberals saying this that this sentencing could go forward.

What was interesting about that was Kavanaugh, who's a Bush guy, who's certainly, you know, very establishment.

He sided with the three who know their heads from their ass, Alito and Gorsuch and Clarence Thomas,

in saying that this is ridiculous that this is going forward.

And that's why it's laughable.

People are always like, this highly conservative Supreme Court, you see these breaks all

the time that happen.

And if you're seeing a break on Trump getting sentence, give me a break.

I mean, this is, and we saw, remember we played that?
