Casey, there's some big goings on in the Senate.

I've heard something about this.

So let's get to the bottom of how this stuff happens.

And nobody knows about it for five months.

Of course, we're talking about this big news that came out yesterday.

We talked about it to start the program today.

Mike Boehossack, state senator,

accused of multiple counts related to an OWI that took place in January. President of the Senate is Lieutenant Governor, Micah Beckwith, joins us now. Beckwith, how is this possible that a guy can

get an OWI in January and whether he can actually be prosecuted or not until the session's over

that nobody knows about it for five months?

It's a great question.

I mean, I was just hearing about it with you guys.

I mean, when you guys reported on it yesterday, that's the first I've heard on that, on his story.

And I think it does beg the question what's going on why is it

that this is not come out I mean I think there needs to be transparency I think this goes back to

what I've said for many years is that when you live in a super majority state it's easy to cover

up things and not hold people accountable.

And I think that's the problem.

I think we just have a, we've gotten lazy as Republicans.
