No, there's no other way you can interpret that interview this morning than there is no plan on how to handle economic development in the state of Indiana.

So Governor Mike Braun was on this morning on WIBC, and he was talking about a lot of things,

but one of them was data centers. And we're going to have a big conversation about that

later this morning.

It's actually going to be, I mean, I'm so excited for this. So coming up 10 o'clock, James Briggs

and Jacob Stewart are the columnist for Indy Star, and they have written incredibly different opinion pieces

on this proposed Google Data Center in Franklin Township, which we'll get to that in a second

because, look, legalized bribery is such a strong word, Casey. But anyway, they're going to

they're going to go back and forth at each other on these airwaves, on some of the stuff they said in their columns about these.

Express their opposing views.

Yeah, about these data centers.

So Braun, the governor, went on with Tony Katz this morning.

And I could spend the whole hour talking about the interview.

But one of the things that you realize is there is no coherent strategy for economic development

in the state of Indiana, and that's why we get such bad economic development

policy. There is no concrete, or at least publicly espoused, concrete, here's what we're trying

to do. Here's what we're trying to accomplish. Here's how we're going to do it. And one of the

things, and this is totally from a local level.
