inefficient, ineffective, and not properly utilizing or has not been properly

utilizing taxpayer money in the way set forth that we would all hope it would.

Because they now, the Union School Corporation, becomes the last hope, the last bastion to

destroy this just horrific Senate Bill one.

Yeah, Union schools now suing the state.

They are claiming that the new law is unconstitutional and would force the school district to leave classrooms empty for the upcoming school year in that it will deprive students of a free and appropriate education, which constitutionally needs to happen.

already ahead of it to try to beat various deadlines. We know people are going to be raising
