So a federal court has said n'uh to Trump and the tariffs.

The market seems to like it.

I think I'm team court on this.

Hello.

Good morning. Good sir. We know you as Indy Spenglish on

Twitter. Okay. So this federal trade court, which by the way, one of these judges was

appointed by Trump. One was appointed by Reagan. So two of these are, two of these are Republican appointed judges who said this, said that

Trump is exceeding his authority and that he cannot just willy-nilly implement these tariffs on

the entire world.

And I was thinking about this last night and this morning.

And while we want the president to be able to act swiftly in times of crisis, which is the

way by which Trump was claiming an emergency authority in order to do this, I think we should

all be able to agree that it is not in the vested interest of our

country for the president to be enacting policies around the world that affect every really

facet of American life when you think about the implications the tariffs are having without,

say, by the Congress.

I don't think that's an unreasonable thing yet I'm sure there's going to be people who are
