Hatton district attorney has told the grand jury wing potential charges against Donald

Trump to stay home, rather than reconvene as planned. Now, this was Wednesday that he told

them that we think they may be back at work today. But now there's new drama saying that

he's having trouble manipulating the grand jury. I mean, that's my description based

on the news description and may not be getting exactly what he wants from the grand jury.

Okay. So the reason for the delay unclear, he told the grand jury just to be on standby.

And then we have this letter that has surfaced in it. It states that Michael Cohen paid

stormy Daniels with his own funds and Trump did not reimburse the money. Rob, what is

going on?

Yes. So this is just, I mean, you want to and we talk about this a lot on this show

when it comes to the justice system. The brilliance of the founding fathers and the system

they set up was that there was always a last line of defense against unjust prosecution,

the last line of, you know, in terms of making law, it was, it was the, you know, the courts

would be a check and balance on the legislature. The court, the legal system was always supposed

to be the ultimate fail safe. But what we have seen more and more frequently, both in terms

of activist judges and now an activist prosecutors is justice is not blind. Justice is first

and foremost political. And in the case of this letter from Michael Cohen signed off

on by Stephen M. Ryan Cohen's legal counsel at the time dated February 8, 2018, it basically

says or doesn't basically it does say, well, let me just read it for you. Okay, shall we?
