I asked Matt Bear to hang out for a segment at the start of this thing. I got a bunch of news stuff I plan to get to, hopefully some fun stuff throughout the next three hours. But I'd be remiss if I let Matt Bear leave without talking about the Matt and Craig Excellent podcast that is out

there. I have a couple complaints though, Matt, if you don't mind. I want to put them out on the air. I've heard a thousand already, but go right ahead, yeah. Absolutely. Have you really? No, no, no, no, no. Okay, good. The first complaint I have is that Matt and Craig Excellent podcast is almost at the bottom of the podcast list on WIBC.com.

And I don't know why.

Yeah.

I know it's probably going to be the award-winning podcast from this station. So I feel like they're doing a disservice to the show by putting it down so low. That's just me. Yeah, we have to earn our keep here a little bit. You know, we have to earn our way up the podcast list. So, yeah, that's okay. That's expected, but the more we do, the better it gets, I'm pretty sure. Then I'm going to announce this on the air. We are now in a rivalry fight with both the gun guy and Terry Stacey because they're way higher up on the list than we are. So you and I are now officially feuding with both of them. Oh, wow. We're going to lose. I love both of those people so much and I love what they do, especially on the radio. I know. Yeah. I wanted to, you know, jump on their coattails a little bit, try to get attention through the, the quote-unquote feud. I know the gun guy is probably the wrong guy to feud with in general in a whole lot of ways. And then Terry Stacy is a lovely human. I've interacted with her a few times. I think I've interviewed her, like lovely person, but we have to feud to get up this list, man. We have to create, you know, this is like a WWE thing.

We got to be the heel for a little bit. I'm just going to show up at each one of them's Thanksgiving Day dinner. And I'll be the guy that causes the family trauma. You know, I'll just be like, yeah. I can really play it off too because everybody knows I work on Thanksgiving. So I'll be like, man, I have nowhere to go. and then they'll invite me and they'll show up and I'll be like politics.

The second complaint is that Matt and Craig Excellent podcast is not getting anywhere near the kind of publicity that I think we needed to get. so this is why I'm interviewing you

at the start of the show on Kendall and Casey.

I just figured that everybody at your station, this station at WIBC, would be talking about how great this show is. And for some reason, it seems like it's not on everybody's list yet. Well, again, you know, we're earning our dues, painting our dues here. You know, we have to make our way way up the ladder.
