consensus on Wall Street that we've entered into a period of falling home prices.

There's also a consensus. It will be the second sharpest home price decline since the Great Depression.

Also trending butter boards. This is a viral food trend. You spread softened butter on a

board and then you top it with jams and jellies and figs sauce and then scoop it up with your

crackers. This was created as a cheaper alternative to cheese boards and charcuterie boards.

It's one way consumers are cutting costs among record high inflation.

And finally trending Kanye West. He's stirring controversy because he wore a white

lives matter t-shirt to Paris Fashion Week. This guy's a real provocateur. He does stuff like this.

Russia's the stage at award shows. He's a Trump supporter. But he sells an empire of sneakers

is a critically acclaimed musician. Dabbles and many arenas married to Kim Kardashian at one
